Documents
Documents are where it shows most whether a company is serious. Same grid, same typography, same margins: the content changes, not the structure.
Base page
- Size
- A4 (210 × 297 mm). In Venezuela, letter size (216 × 279 mm) is also common: if the recipient asks for it, the margins stay the same.
- Margins
- Top 25 mm, bottom 20 mm, sides 20 mm.
- Text
- Inter 10.5 pt with 15 pt leading. In Word without Inter installed: Arial 10 pt.
- Headings
- Inter 600: 22 pt, 14 pt and 11 pt. A single document title.
- Header
- Black horizontal logo 18 mm wide, on the left, and the document title on the right in gray.
- Footer
- Web address on the left, “Page X of Y” on the right, thin 0.5 pt line above.
- Color
- Black and gray. Prints well in grayscale.
- Tagged, with title and embedded fonts.

This numbering is an internal convention, not a tax requirement. The tax data in any document is confirmed with the accountant.
