Approvals

A new piece with the brand goes through four states. That way nobody publishes anything that has not been looked at.

  1. Draft. The person making the piece prepares it and runs the pre-publication checklist.
  2. Reviewed. A second person checks the logo, color, text and claims.
  3. Approved. The brand owner gives the go-ahead. If the piece touches personal and work data of the people who use the products, the right person steps in (accountant, doctor, lawyer).
  4. Published. The final version is archived and noted in the changelog if it affects the brand.
