Artificial intelligence

Generative AI can help you work faster. At Nitente it is used with human review, without sensitive data and without generating anything that identifies the brand.

Can I use AI for this?

Choose the task and the type of data. The tool gives you the verdict and the conditions.

Rules

Yes

  • Use AI for drafts, variants, summaries and translations, always with human review
  • Label realistic AI-generated images (“Image generated with AI”) and keep the tool and the date
  • Check for bias in people, genders, ages, skin tones and language
  • Use only tools approved by the brand owner
  • Check any figure, rule or claim against a human source

No

  • Paste personal and work data of the people who use the products into an external tool
  • Generate, redraw or “improve” the logo or the symbol: only the kit files are used
  • Generate portraits of real people or of testimonials
  • Publish without review any text that promises features, prices, dates or compliance
  • Include third-party logos or brands inside a generated image
Who is accountable
The person who publishes the piece, even if a tool generated it.
What is kept
The tool used, the date and, for images, the “generated with AI” flag in the file when it exists.
Metadata
The content credentials of some tools can be lost when you export the file or upload it to another platform. That is why the visible label is mandatory.
