Patterns derived from the stripes
The symbol can be repeated and becomes texture. Patterns are used on backgrounds, packaging and empty spaces, always beneath the content.
Generator
Rules
- Opacity
- Between 4% and 14% of white on black (or black on white). Never compete with the text.
- Text area
- Do not place text over the pattern without a veil; if it must go there, lower the opacity to 6%.
- Scale
- Bars between 8 and 48 px wide. Thinner ones look like noise; thicker ones look like office stripes.
- Color
- Black and white only. Never colored with a product color.
- Use
- One pattern per piece at most. Never over photographs.
