Font: Arial or Helvetica: Inter is not loaded in most email clients.
Weight: Under 20 KB between signature and images. No banners.
Image: PNG of the symbol in black on transparent, with alt, at 44 px (88 px actual for dense screens).
Content: Name, title, company and web address. No motivational phrases, no invented legal notice.
Product: If you write on behalf of a product, the signature carries the product name and the footer “a creation of Nitente”.

Rules

Subject: Up to 50 characters. Says what the email contains. No all caps or exclamation marks.
Structure: Brief greeting, reason in the first line, clear next step, signature.
Width: HTML templates of 600 px at most, one column.
Plain text: There is always a plain-text version.
Dark mode: Logo with its own background (PNG with white background) or a version that reads on both backgrounds. Test it in a client with dark mode.
Bulk sending: Only with consent and a way to unsubscribe. A professional confirms the legal requirements before sending.
